Located within walking distance of Sendai Station and right next to Tohoku University, our guesthouse offers two types of rooms: Japanese-style and Western-style. We have created a comfortable space that can be used for a variety of purposes, including business, sightseeing, and short-term student stays.
You can choose from the following three types of rooms.
For groups of more than two people, an additional fee of 7,800 yen per adult will be charged.
Children under the age of 3 stay for free; for children aged 3 and above, please count them as adults when entering the number of guests.The room will be reserved exclusively for your group based on the number of guests in your reservation.

This room is a type of whole rooms connect and rent out one whole floor. A 75m2/450sqf rooms including a kitchen,16-mats of tatami room, a separate wooden flooring room, and a 42m2/ 805 sqf studio with an in-room kitchen. Both rooms include microwave, refrigerator and tableware are also available. Te total floor is about 140m2/1500sqf.(Maximum 18 people can stay). We will prepare futons bed for the number of guests in the Japanese-style room with tatami mats. You can feel the light and darkness of natural light while leaving the atmosphere of a traditional tea ceremony room. This room is in the 6-story building. The room has privacy. All rooms have double windows to control room temperature and prevent noise. There is one shower room and one toilet outside of the room on 4th floor. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high speed wifi.

Shared facilities
We have prepared two rooms, Room A and Room B, on the 4th floor of a 6-story building. Each room is independent, with a shared hallway as a common area.
For temperature control and noise reduction, all rooms feature double-glazed windows.
On the rooftop (7th floor), there is a room for three cats, as well as outdoor tables and chairs, which are available for use upon request. We frequently disinfect shared spaces and high-touch surfaces.
A shower room and a toilet (with a washlet) are available on the floor, shared between guests staying in Room A and Room B.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
