Located in the heart of Sendai, our property is a private one-floor accommodation where the entire 4th floor of a six-story building is reserved exclusively for one group per day.

The spacious 130㎡ floor features a Japanese-style room, a living room, a children's play area, and two kitchens, making it ideal for families, group trips, business stays, and extended visits.

The property can accommodate up to 18 guests and offers a comfortable stay for families traveling with young children.

Accommodation fees are based on the number of guests.

The base rate applies to up to 3 guests. For the 4th guest onward, an additional fee of ¥9,900 (tax included) will be charged per person.

Children under 3 years old stay free of charge. Children aged 3 and above must be included in the total number of guests when making a reservation.

The shower room and toilet (with bidet) are for your private use.
