Located within walking distance of Sendai Station and right next to Tohoku University, our guesthouse offers two types of rooms: Japanese-style and Western-style. We have created a comfortable space that can be used for a variety of purposes, including business, sightseeing, and short-term student stays.
Choose from the three room types below. An additional fee of ¥7,800 per adult per night applies for each guest beyond the first two.
Children under the age of 3 are free of charge. Please include children aged 3 and older in the total number of adults when making your reservation. You will have exclusive use of the room based on the number of people in your party.

Our guesthouse occupies the entire 4th floor of a six-story building.
The floor combines Room A and Room B, creating a private floor exclusively for one group per day, accommodating up to 18 guests.
The private shower room and toilet are located just outside the guest rooms, across the hallway, and are reserved exclusively for your group.
Room A：
A 42 sqm studio room featuring a kitchenette, microwave, and refrigerator.
Cooking utensils and tableware are also provided, making it easy to prepare your own meals.
A raised tatami (Japanese-style) sleeping area is prepared with futons for up to 4 guests.
If your group exceeds four guests, the additional guests will sleep on the sofa bed(s) provided in the room.
Room B：
A spacious 75sqm room featuring a traditional 16-tatami Japanese room, originally designed as a tea ceremony room, along with a separate Western-style room with wooden flooring and a fully equipped kitchen.

Shared facilities
Room A and Room B are located on the 4th floor of our six-story building. The two rooms are separate and independent, with a shared hallway between them.
For your comfort, all rooms are equipped with double-glazed windows to help maintain a comfortable temperature and reduce outside noise.
On the rooftop (7th floor), you'll find a relaxing space with outdoor tables and chairs, as well as a room where our three resident cats live. Guests are welcome to use the rooftop upon request.
We regularly disinfect all shared areas and frequently touched surfaces.
There is one shared shower room and one shared toilet (with a bidet/Washlet) on the floor, shared between guests staying in Room A and Room B.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
